How can I get in touch with customer service?

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely content with your Taylorz purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please be prepared to provide your order #, style #(s) of the item(s) you’d like to return, and your customer #. All returns must be in their original packaging.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service (UPS or FedEx) to return the item(s) to our warehouse.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this e-mail for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

If your purchase was made at a Taylorz authorized retailer, you will need to return your item to the point of purchase.        

 

How soon after I place my order can I expect to receive it?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is authorized and verified.  All orders are shipped from our distribution center within 24 – 48 hours of purchase. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-10 business days to arrive at their destination when shipping within the United States and 10-15 business days for all international orders.

Backordered items will ship as they become available. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking number.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

 

How does delivery work?

All orders shipping within the continental United States ship via DHL Shipping. For express and international shipping options, please contact our customer service department at: help@shoptaylorz.com

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We currently offer shipping to the following countries, outside of the USA: Australia, Canada, Italy, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Indonesia, Brazil, Chile, Croatia, Denmark, Philippines, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Dominican Republic, Greece, and South Africa.

For the following countries, there is a $100 minimum purchase:

Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic, South Africa, Indonesia, and Philippines.

Can I order a gift for someone?

Of course! We offer the ability to purchase digital gift cards that can be sent to any e-mail address. Gift cards are offered in 4 denominations and are delivered by e-mail.

 

How do I clean my Taylorz sunglasses?

To clean your Taylorz sunglasses, simply moisten the lenses, arms, and frame with warm tap water and dab a drop of clear dishwashing soap onto the surface. Gently rub soap into glasses and then rinse delicately with warm water. Dry with a lint-free cloth.
